PHM-Xi’an 2025 accepts registration fee in USD or RMB. Please complete the registration in time according to the instructions in the email that the authors will receive with the Subject of 'Registration and Payment'. You will need to book your accommodation separately by visiting the Venue & Accommodation page. For any registration questions, authors can contact Conference Secretary at isoe@icphm.org.

After registration, please send the registration confirmation form back (download Registration-Form), so an official receipt can be issued. Online registration payment using credit card will receive an invoice only.

Each paper requires one presenting author registration and the presenting author registration has to be completed by the author registration deadline (September 15, 2025). According to the requirements from IEEE, all papers should be presented at the conference before they can be considered for publication through IEEE Xplore®.
